ReboundAIR Warranty The manufacturer's promise to you: In creating the ReboundAIR, we insist that only the best materials and workmanship available be used. This assures us that the ReboundAIR will be the best from the standpoints of design, performance, and durability. Consequently, each ReboundAIR comes with a lifetime warranty (commercial use excluded) as expressed below: All-Component Lifetime Warranty: The entire rebounder is covered under our workmanship and material quality plan, included with each rebounder purchase. We insist that the frame, spring bolts, legs, leg studs, hinges, mat, springs and spring cover be free from defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own your ReboundAIR™. Free Wear and Tear Replacements: Most people who rebound on our equipment will never need to replace a part. However, for those who rebound regularly, over a long period of time and at higher intensities, it is normal for a few springs and perhaps the mat to need eventual replacement. This is considered "reasonable wear" and is not considered a defect in workmanship or materials. In such cases, the manufacturer (AIR, Inc.) will be happy to replace up to a full set of springs (up to 36) and one (1) mat FREE during the long life of your rebounder. This warranty is valid as long as the user’s weight is not in excess of 300 pounds, and providing the unit is used in its intended manner. Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping and handling of any and all warranty work except that which is deemed by the AIR, Inc. to be defective material or workmanship. AIR, Inc. reserves the right either to repair or replace the exercise devise. While every attempt is made to embody the highest degree of protection in all equipment, we cannot, however guarantee freedom from injury. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use. All merchandise is sold based upon this condition. Warranty claims require prepayment of shipping charges to AIR, Inc. by purchaser. On all shipments outside the U.S. the purchaser and/or recipient is responsible for any and all Taxes, Duties, Customs Fees etc.
